ZEOCEM as the main partner of the conference on unbound and hydraulically bound pavement layers

The conference is one of the key professional events in the road construction sector. It focuses on unbound pavement layers, hydraulically bound layers, and modern soil stabilization technologies, creating a platform for expert discussion on subgrade stabilization and extending the service life of transport infrastructure.

KlinoLIME: Production, Applications, and New Capacities

As part of the technical programme, we presented the production of KlinoLIME mixed binders, practical experience with their use in soil and platform stabilization, and our dispatch and delivery options for infrastructure projects.

The presentation also covered the ramp-up of KlinoLIME production at the Lietavská Lúčka Cement Plant, which is part of the ZEOCEM Group. By expanding our production capacity, we are strengthening our ability to supply blended binders to customers in Slovakia and neighbouring countries.

Cooperation between ZEOCEM and the Lietavská Lúčka Cement Plant delivers:

• expanded mixed binder production capacity,
• more efficient logistics and dispatch of construction materials,
• more flexible deliveries for road and infrastructure projects,
• stronger market potential for KlinoLIME products.

This step responds to growing demand for high-quality hydraulic binders and solutions for stabilizing subgrades and pavement structural layers.

Expert Dialogue and Knowledge Sharing

For us, participation in the conference was an opportunity to share the results of our work in mixed binders and to engage with designers, contractors, and industry experts on the practical use of KlinoLIME in road construction.

The event also included an evaluation of photographs documenting real-world applications of unbound and hydraulically bound pavement layers. We are pleased that our colleague Mia Vargovičová received an honorary mention and that her photo was selected for this year’s conference promotional materials.
