The company ZEOCEM, a.s. with registered office at Prešovská 282, 094 34 Bystré IČO: 364 577 28, registered in the commercial register of the Prešov District Court in section Sa, insert no. 10099 (hereinafter referred to as the "company") as an operator obtains and processes the personal data of website visitors (hereinafter referred to as the "user"), to whom it hereby provides information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR" or "Regulation") as well as with respect to Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended.

Zeocem pripravuje novú investíciu do výstavby Pecnej linky na výrobu slinku, ktorá prinesie rozšírenie výroby a výrobného portfólia o cementové produkty.
Jedným z našich hlavných cieľov je udržovanie produktivity a udržanie cenovej úrovne našich výrobkov. K tomu smeruje aj náš nový projekt, ktorý má umožniť výrobu slinku pre oddelenú výrobu cementov, pri ktorej vznikne veľký objem tepla. To nahradí plyn pri sušení zeolitu a povedie k zníženiu uhlíkovej stopy zeolitových produktov.
Energetická kríza ukázala potrebu riešiť palivovú základňu a tento projekt umožňuje diverzifikáciu zdrojov energie pri výrobe tepla. Zároveň nám projekt umožňuje selektívne využívať vyťažený zeolit pre výrobu environmentálne priaznivých puzzolánových cementov s vysokým indexom aktivity a pre ďalšie zvýšenie kvality zeolitových výrobkov spoločnosti. Tento efekt umožňuje bezozvyšku využiť prírodné bohatstvo nášho zeolitového lomu.
Ako palivo bude pri výrobe slinku využité mleté čierne uhlie a zemný plyn. Inštalovaná technológia do budúcnosti umožní postupne nahradiť tieto fosílne palivá zelenými palivami na báze vodíka, drevnej štiepky, etanolu, metanolu alebo ich kombinácie s cieľom v maximálnej možnej miere redukovať uhlíkovú stopu.
Nie. Vďaka najmodernejším dostupným technológiám a filtrom sa zvýši minimálne. Garantovaná prašnosť z prevádzkovania novej pecnej linky bude hlboko pod povolenými normami. 99,99% prachu zachytí technológia a filtre a priebežne sa zapracuje do slinku. Základné vstupy ako vápenec a uhlie budú dodávané vo vlhkom stave bez prašnosti, pričom základná surovina vápenec bude do závodu dopravovaná železničnou dopravou. Mleté uhlie bude skladované v hermeticky uzavretom priestore, bez kontaktu s vonkajším prostredím. Nová pecná linka nezvýši prašnosť v obci Bystré.
Nie. Vďaka najmodernejším dostupným zariadeniam (vertikálne mlyny, moderné pohony), oplášteniam a izoláciám budov sa hlučnosť prevádzky zvýši len minimálne a ostane hlboko pod povolenými normami. Nová pecná linka nezhorší hlukové pomery pre obec Bystré.
Nie. Žiadne odpady nebudú spaľované pod sankciou 1 mil. Eur v prospech obce.
Čierne uhlie vysokej kvality. Ako podporné palivo a pre štarty a vyhrievanie bude používaný zemný plyn. Postupne s technologickým pokrokom sa uvažuje s nahradzovaním čierneho uhlia a zemného plynu zelenými palivami.
Zemný plyn sa na výrobu slinku nepoužíva.
Vlhké kusové čierne uhlie sa melie a suší v modernej uholnej mlynici s integrovaným triedičom v uzavretom cirkulačnom okruhu.
Nie. Vlhké bezprašné kusové čierne uhlie sa dovezie vlakom alebo cestnou dopravou a preskladní sa do krytej skládky. Mlieť a sušiť sa bude v novej uholnej mlynici. Systém je uzavretý. Pomletý prach sa uskladní v špeciálnom zásobníku s následným dávkovaním do horáka pece.
Áno. Nová technológia bude riadená najmodernejším riadiacim počítačovým systémom. Systém automaticky kontroluje a prípadne odstavuje technologické celky, ak dochádza k poruchám alebo k technickým problémom. Systém obsahuje viac ako 1000 rôznych snímačov, ktoré zabezpečujú kontinuálny monitoring a kontrolu prevádzky. Záznamy sú archivované a kontrolované orgánmi štátnej správy. Bezpečnostné, ani výrobcami a legislatívou predpísané hodnoty nie je možné v systéme meniť.
